I regret buying Property in Lionpride and Looking forward to sell my house before this downgrade. #False dreams @Abland @Central Development

I invested in Lionpride lifestyle estate property due to what they promised on their marketing advert, but guess what now we are being downgraded to Ekasi set up. Current construction happening will be having shops like Shoprite, Roots, Roots braai and taxi rank. How I would you be able to sell a house which cost R2M and up with such shops. There are three Shoprites within 3.5Km radius I mean why build more Shoprite ist based on community residing within or what ? People of Lionpride has shown and prove beyond doubt that Shoprite its a big No! and data was collected to proof that residents purchase goods from Checkers and Wools ! We were promised Checkers or Woolworths and some of their false marketing advert has checkers
