Wrong tenants for shopping centre

Abland is currently developing a shopping at an upmarket residential development of Lion Pride Lifestyle estate located between fourways and Lanseria. This is not a problem ,Abland however has proposed leasing this mall to lower LSM shops such as Shoprite, Roots , OBC etc. this has left residents concerned on who is the targeted customer of this mall. The residents are also concerned about the value of their properties going to the future.
