Absolute Design Shop/Bedroom Furniture

Ordered a headboard and two pedestals. Received goods over a month after payment was made. Brand new furniture covered in dirty fingerprints, drawers made out of superwood, no draw runners used, drawers do not line up. No wheels added to pedestals as invoiced. No sealant added as it was supposed to be part of the manufacturing process. A staple gun is used to assemble the superwood drawers and staples visible all over. Drawers coming apart from only adding a Bible and some night essentials. Requested a full refund, acting according to my consumer protection right, but Absolute Design Shop is putting the blame on the courier company and not taking responsibility for their poor workmanship. The frames that I have ordered were too small, invoiced for bigger ones. Pressed ceiling panels are very dirty and not even cleaned before shipping to me. I have been requesting a full refund, which I have not received, and now taking legal action.
