Lying and dishonest
I ordered a headboard, company insisted on full payment otherwise they would not deliver or start the job. Promised it was a two week turnaround. 16 weeks later... no headboard. No repayment. And lies upon lies when contacting them. That's when they used to answer.

The headboard was specially carved for her, it took longer than normal and she requested a refund, now we have a ordered headboard and we need to sell it to someone else, we said that we will pay back her money But listing our business on here was very unnecessary, we decided to pay her back with intrest and sell the headboard to someone else.
now my argument is as follows:
Anyone can write anything here towards a business to make them look bad, and the public reading it just believes what the client wrote.

Unfortunately I cannot delete my post or change my rating.
There were a number of discrepancies in the response. Never received refund as indicated in the response, and the only thing I can advocate, is that the company improve on honesty in their communication.
The matter has now been resolved to my satisfaction. Kindly remove my complaint. thank you.
