Unreliable service

Hi,

Rude staff - but this isnt the main problem. There is a total lack of profesional communication.

There have been almost weekly outages for the last while, no communication - trust me - if this is for a side project that isnt making money anyway, use them they are a budget service! But for real customers do not touch them constant outages, vps's have continuos speed issues - will just cuase you grief on a saturday afternoon!
