Hi, Rude staff - but this isnt the main problem. There is a total lack of profesional communication. There have been almost weekly outages for the last while, no communication - trust me - if this is for a side project that isnt making money anyway, use them they are a budget service! But for real customers do not touch them constant outages, vps's have continuos speed issues - will just cuase you grief on a saturday afternoon!
I have just called discovery bank due to a payment going off on my cc that I am not sure what it is. The person who answered told me there is not manager at discovery bank ***** unit and they can only tell me in 7-14days what the payment is. In the meantime they want me to cancel my card without even knowing what the payment is and threatening that if I don’t they won’t be liable. This is not customer service or safety. This is useless service.
The worst delivery service in South Africa. It is much quicker to fetch your card from Standard bank than wait for these guys to deliver. Still waiting been almost 3 weeks. @standatdbank you should really use another logistics company
