very poor service

I placed an order for a regional delivery R575.00, for 3 items, off their website. the order has not been received as yet, on my account it shows pending, not paid. I have sent POP twice now, what is happening to the shop? I have read alot of the reviews and it seems stock is the issue, but is it?
