I am astonished as to why I still haven't received feedback on my order I already ordered twice at the Honeydew Junction branch and nobody gets back to you - always end up having to take the smallest bag of Royal Canine for my 2 French Bulldogs - I then place an order with the staff and already waiting for 2 months for feedback on a bigger bag! Unacceptable and bad service - this is after 2 visits and 2 orders! Still no outcome!

Absolute Pets online Absolute pets Cresta To get started I searched the web for an alternative to feline cuisine as it has become rare to find. I found 2 good brands, namely ultra cat and Lokuno. I saw that absolute Pets has both these brands available online and at a very good budget price. Online it shows approx R270 per 2kg bag of cat food for adults cats. After paying online and putting in my delivery address (delivery is R35 to my area, approx 5km from the store). I noticed that they gave me a discounted price on the products which was super. The head office in cape town called me to tell me that they don't have the ultra cat in stock and she said I can choose something else. I opted to choose 2 x lokuno 2kg bags as the refund process according to the online rules says up to 14days for refunds. I waited eagerly for my delivery. I received communication showing that the order is packed according to the app. And they sent me an sms with the name of the driver doing the delivery. After waiting and waiting there was no delivery. The status on the app showed your parcel has been returned. I emailed them and tried calling. They took some time to respond although they finally res2the following day saying that the driver canceled the delivery and they did not give a reason for the cancelation. I then got worried as I needed the food urgently. I went online to check the reviews and almost all were very bad when it came to deliveries. So I called them again and I told them I will rather collect the items as the delivery is not working out. They were helpful when I wanted to collect and they said they will refund my delivery cost which is yet to be received. I went to the Cresta store in Johannesburg to collect the order and it was smooth and no issues. I also bought some treats which were super cheap. The lady in store apologized for the inconvenience and said it won't happen again. I told her that I won't book delivery in future. My conclusion is that the delivery system doesn't work with them. So I'm my opinion don't book delivery rather select the collect in store option. But phone the store first to ensure they have stock of what you want to order. So a 3.5 or 4 rating out of 5 would be fair.

I placed an order on the absolute pets website however firstly order was not delivered on the promised day - the next day a driver arrived with a 20kg bag of dog food I did not order. I called the online center to query and was advised I would be called back so i waited - no call back i then called again and was told I would be called back still no called back. The 3rd time I called the lady rudely put the phone down in my ear. I am trying to cancel my order and get my money back but they are so unprofessional the phone was slammed in my ear when I asked to cancel.

I recently overheard this specific employee engaging in a conversation with another customer where she explicitly stated that "being more masculine as a female is wrong." As a person who presents masculinely and is in a sapphic relationship—facts this employee is aware of—it is clear that her consistent hostility toward us is a direct result of these personal biases. Absolute Pets should be a welcoming space for all pet owners. However, being subjected to "disgust" and hearing derogatory comments regarding gender expression and ***ual orientation creates a hostile and discriminatory environment. This behavior is a direct violation of the professional standards and inclusive values one would expect from your brand. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and addressed through proper sensitivity training or internal disciplinary action. We would like to continue supporting the Howard Centre branch, but we cannot do so while a staff member is allowed to foster an atmosphere of intolerance.

Won't be making use of their services again. When I order items to be collected at one of their stores - because my dogs senior food is never available in store (Greenvalley shopping center) I get everything handed to me without a bag or a box or literally anything to put it in so that I can carry it, so I have to walk out with a 1kg box of biscuits, a bag of dog food, multiple tubs of treats - and I only have two Hands. When I ordered for delivery they take so long to deliver that I have to go and buy extra's because I ran out at home! Order was placed last week Tuesday - today is Wednesday the next week. It's almost impossible to get through to someone via telephone, I've dialed the number on the order confirmation email a few times, just Finally got through to a real human and unfortunately she does Not deal with the Johannesburg area.... and no one is available for me to speak to - apparently someone will phone me back, which I doubt will happen. At this point I am so frustrated I just want my money back since I've already had to go out and buy everything again!

I'm so impressed. I placed an order yesterday afternoon on Absolute Pets and it has already been delivered and its 9:10 in the morning. They sent email confirmations, so you are kept informed. The product that I ordered was available at other retailers, but was a lot more expensive. This incredible delivery service was free as I spent over R500. Absolute Pets Absolute Pets Online Division has deducted money from my account early, sent me another customer's private information, failed to cancel my account when requested, and has still not refunded me despite promises from management.
