I'm so impressed. I placed an order yesterday afternoon on Absolute Pets and it has already been delivered and its 9:10 in the morning. They sent email confirmations, so you are kept informed. The product that I ordered was available at other retailers, but was a lot more expensive. This incredible delivery service was free as I spent over R500. Thank you Absolute Pets, your service was Absolutely Awesome

Absolute Pets Absolute Pets Online Division has deducted money from my account early, sent me another customer's private information, failed to cancel my account when requested, and has still not refunded me despite promises from management. I have chased, emailed, called, and followed up repeatedly. Still no refund. Still no proof of payment. This level of service is beyond unacceptable. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating this matter to the Consumer Protection Commission and reporting the data breach.

Absolute Pets Absolute Pets Online Division has deducted money from my account early, sent me another customer's private information, failed to cancel my account when requested, and has still not refunded me despite promises from management. I placed an order for a regional delivery R575.00, for 3 items, off their website. the order has not been received as yet, on my account it shows pending, not paid. I have sent POP twice now, what is happening to the shop? I have read alot of the reviews and it seems stock is the issue, but is it?

I have no words to explain my horror. I supported Absoute pets for many years. This week was my puppy 's birthday - so Absolute sent gift ..but heres the catch you have to but something to Qualify for this gift - and i buy over 2000k on dog food from them every month - so again a trap- but the issue was the gift was a biscuit - when i got home - the biscuit was moldy - imagine if i didnt break the biscuit a to give me dog - my bog will be sick because of this. I called the Honeydew branch - and told them to throw all the biscuit away dont give it to another customer - all they said was the biscuit was within the expiry date, and they dont understand this. So again absolut pets scored and took more money and dont care if they are selling off goods to their customer. I caled the head office to complain - and no one is available - as usual

I will never use Absolute Pets. I order dog food online. I git diffirent messages and a week later they just inform me sorry the online product should have been removed from the web. I can no longer get the 12kg and now I need to take 2kg's instead that is more expensive and I can only get 8kg for same price as the 12kg and some of the food I need to take another cheaper brand. I will never ever use Absolute Pets again. I wiped the app and left my card with them. I realized I can order for cheaper from another company and over R500 it is even delivered at my front door so no more fuel waste after 3 times to try to get my food. Wonder when I will get my money? There service suck and they very unprofessional. Take no ownership if the mistake or faults just sorry and you wonder if word is not just use and how genuine it is.

I bougjt a lot of xmas goodies and tables for my pets non the 27th November 2025. Estimated delivery showed between 1 and 5 December 2025. I followed up on the 5th which they said they don't have all the goodies some is on back order They phoned and ask if they can send the ones they have and then resent the ones on back order I agreed to that they even send a confirmation email. Noting received before xmas I WhatsApp and email to find out what happened they said that everything is out of stock. So I requested a refund just before xmas no refund was received so I WhatsApp the process they said the company policy says 7 to 14 working days. Up to now nothing received I followed up end of December received a mail to say that infill reveive my goodies or refund before the end of business day the 2nd. Still nothing. Now they don't even answer my email of WhatsApp. I want my refund.

Sandton city....The worse experience ever!!! My husband and I have been frequent customers of Absolute Pets for the last 3 years. We literally go to Cresta, Ferndale and Bell Airs and order at lease 3 times a month online. We are well known to these store that's how often we go there. We normally get the best service until... we went to Sandton City On Sunday we stopped by to purchase a few treats while we were there. From entering the shop to paying for the items, Fazeela the only one in store did not greet or say a word besides asking "packet?" She was extremely rude and seemed unhappy that you purchasing something. Please hire staff that wants to work and understand how customer service makes or breaks a brand.
