Service was Absolutely Awesome
I'm so impressed. I placed an order yesterday afternoon on Absolute Pets and it has already been delivered and its 9:10 in the morning. They sent email confirmations, so you are kept informed. The product that I ordered was available at other retailers, but was a lot more expensive. This incredible delivery service was free as I spent over R500. Shockingly bad service
Avoid this company!!! Its been a week that Ive been waiting for my parcel to be delivered and it is still at the drop off center. You cant get hold of anyone on the phone, I have been waiting for 30 min and still caller number 2.0 replies

Pargo is awful. Slow, unfriendly, unhelpful and parcels go missing.
Dropped off a parcel in Clicks Cape Town. they say you get your parcel delivered in 3 - 5 days. Its been sitting at the drop off location for 7 days already. To call them you wait for ages and then they really dont have a clue. Now Im told that they cant find the parcel. Really the most unbelievably shocking service. Rather go to the Courier guy!!!!0 replies

Gumtree Pay and Ship is not trustworthy!
Gumtree Pay and Ship It all sounds so good in theory, until you pay for your goods, they take a whopping 8% of the value and then they wash their hands of you. You can not contact anyone for help. My parcel has already waited at the drop off site for over a week. Pardo, which is also terrible, did have it, now doesnt have it. Gumtree no help, so the seller doesnt get his money and I dont get my parcel. Only Gumtree wins. If I could give no star that is what I would do.1 reply

KFC - rather order directly through their website
Even though there are so many delivery apps around, it might seem a silly thing, but if you are ordering KFC, rather go straight to their website. It is so easy to use and actually works out cheaper (than Uber Eats for example) and they are super fast. Delivery is free over a certain amount spent. One thing I do with they had was a time slot for delivery as I ordered early for lunch and it arrived so quickly :). https://order.kfc.co.za/menu0 replies

Two months later, Im still waiting for feedback on a motor claim!
With so many insurers available in the market, look else where! I was in a car accident on 29th Aug, I submitted all the required information and nearly two months later I am still waiting. There has been so little correspondence from them, every time you call, the person you need to talk to is on another call. You just get the run around! So shocking. I expected so much more!2 replies

Awesome service! Kudos to the team of The Security Shop!
I've just experienced awesome service from the Security Shop. I found them online and first sent them an email with a query. Within minutes I received a phone call with great advice. I was sent a quote immediately and I sent them POP. Two days later I have my parcel with everything I ordered at a much lower cost than I was quoted by my actual security company.
