I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from PARGO. I dropped off a parcel at the CLICKS store in Upington on 9 March. Since then, I have made numerous follow‑up enquiries via email to determine the delivery status. Despite these efforts, I have now been informed that: The parcel has still not been delivered It is not ready for collection And most concerning, PARGO cannot provide any estimated delivery date Based on PARGO’s advertised service and information published by its retail partners, deliveries to PARGO collection points typically take 3–5 working days, even allowing for outlying areas. We are now well beyond this timeframe, with no clear communication, accountability, or resolution. The lack of proactive updates and the inability to provide even a basic delivery estimate has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. In light of the excessive delay and poor communication, I believe compensation is warranted. I am requesting: A refund of the delivery fee or An appropriate service credit or compensation for the inconvenience caused I am posting this review in the hope that PARGO will address this matter urgently, provide a definitive update on the parcel, and improve its communication and service levels going forward.

I sold a set of stroller and car seat, the only thing that was delivered was a stroller not a car seat. When I left the shop the car seat was inside the black plastic back and the yellow sticker which have the serial numbers was stocked in the car seat. But the car seat was not delivered instead they delivered the stroller. However Kim from the support team is really trying to locate my car seat but the Depo team have no sense of urgency, I am so disappointed and I lost some money regarding this. I am still waiting for my car seat to be delivered back to me cause the buy has cancelled the order

I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with SkyNet's drivers, who I believe are contracted to do Pargo collections. It is clear that they do not understand what they are doing, which causes serious confusion and unnecessary delay. The lack of coordination and communication is shocking.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my parcel PRG0095226250. The parcel was dropped off on 2 February 2026, and has been “in transit” for almost a month. For the past two weeks, both the receiver and I have been calling and emailing support repeatedly with no resolution. We were promised updates on multiple occasions: • Friday, 20 February • Wednesday by 13:00 • Thursday by 13:00 (final update to declare the parcel lost and issue the claims form) • A call back by close of business on Thursday • A final update the following morning None of these promises were kept. Each time we followed up, we were given another deadline that was not met. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. We have spent weeks chasing for answers with no meaningful progress. At this point, we simply want the parcel to be formally declared lost so that I, as the sender, can proceed with the claims process and refund the receiver. This situation has put both myself and my customer in a difficult position. I can provide call logs and email records to support everything stated above. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service based on how this matter has been handled.

Parcel was lost, then found, rerouted for delivery, no definitive information provided yet and no refund processed yet. It’s been 3 months. Extremely frustrating and extremely poor customer service.

Received a message at 01:07 this morning stating my parcel was ready for collection and that I should bring identification with me. However, when I went to the collection point, no one, including the staff on site and the Pargo staff I had called, had any knowledge of the parcel or the notification I had received.

Ordered shoes online from Kingsmead on Sunday 7 Feb. Delivery to a Pargo pickup point ETA was Thursday 12 Feb. The parcel now seems to have gone missing due to ""wrong address" which is crazy as it is a pick up point from Pargo. 3 Tickets have been lodged Thursday, Friday, Saturday with no feedack from Pargo whatsoever. What is the use of logging tickets then ?! Absolutely shocking. My money is gone and no product in hand. This is theft ?

Pargo is the most unreliable courier service I ever encountered. I sent a parcel last week, it still shows that it was collected at my drop off point. When I called and queried this week, I was given some sob story and was told that it would go out the next day, and will be marked as urgent. I'm tracking it and it is still sitting at the Collection point. This is an item that is sent to a customer and will affect my business's reputation. Their customer service is abhorrent, as I was on the line for 10 minutes, only for them to cut my call. Don't ever use them. I have just lost a sale because of their incompetence
