Very poor service and staff, not acceptable. Rude staff, manager also not helpful. The lady that took my order, didn't even greet me. When I said good afternoon , I looked her straight in the eys, then she said, reluctantly, good afternoon, if I am wasting her time. After my order was placed at 12:22, she said it will take 15 minutes. I was ok to wait. After 15 minutes I went to the counter to ask for my order. There Senalisiwe, employer at Hungry Lion, said 6 minutes. I told her the lady at the order counter said 15 minutes, very rudely, she turbed back, said "now its 6 more minutes" I felt humiliated, in front of a full restaurant. I am 63, and the way she spoke to me, felt like she was scolding a child! This was my 1st time in nearly 2 years that I am buying from Hungry Lion again, and the way I was treated, was humiliating, degrading, and I am at a loss for words that people get employed to treat paying customers like that! This is Hungry Lion at Bayside Mall 7 Feb 2026. I ordered at 12:22, only got the food aat 12:48!
I have a online parcel at Truworths Cape Gate that I need to cancel. Been 6 days that I can not get hold of that store. Send emails to Truworths online, suppose to get back to me within 48 hours. Not heard from them yet! Pathetic service overall from Truworths!
I canceled my internet in October, have PAID the final Invoice, and now I get another INVOICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN'T DEAL WITH THE STUPIDY OF TELKOM ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!! My last reveiw refer. NOT A WORD FROM MTN, and STILL they are stealing my money, and wasting my time. Went to MTN Cape Gate on the 16th of June 2020, to sort out the problem, confirmed with Lindukushle from MTN that she will suspend the 1 account because of MTN's FAULT, and that I can cancel the other one in October 2020. Paid the other one up to date, and paid this month, AND THE LINE GOT DISCONNECTED AGAIN!! I changed my payment option to CASH, but they yet AGAIN try to steal my money by debit other, wich i had to REVERSE AGAIN, wich is costing me BANKCHARGES AGAIN!! SICK AND TIRED OT THE USELESS COMPANY!!
On Friday, 27 March 2020, I have received an sms that my payment has been changed to cash for billing account number BA111624932. I have NOT done that. On Sunday 29 March I have received an sms with " Your order has bee submitted with Order Ref no 1-583543299. I HAVE NOT ORDERED ANYTHING! Since then, my service with MTN was disconnected. I have send an email on on the 29 of March to inform MTN that my service was disconnected, and that I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER OR CHANGE MY PAYMENT METHOD. Email after email after email, after sending my Id and what ever they eed. my service was back for a week. On Monday April 20, I get an sms AGAIN that my Order has been submitted with order Reg Nr 1-784259408. AGAIN, I HAVE ORDERED NOTHING! On Wednesday, 22 April, I have received another sms that my payment method has been chabged to cash, WICH I DID NOT DO. On Monday, 27 April, ANOTHER SMS that my Order Ref 1-845418018 has bee submitted. I have send email after email after email and try to phone the employees of MTN, WITHOUT success. I had to buy airtime from another cellphone company, and a new sim, as I am working from home and need to have contact with my clients and my bosses. It has cost me a FORTUNE, as I had no FREE MINUTES that I was suppose to have with my bundle at MTN. I went to MTN at CAPE GATE, but the man at the door showed me away, as they was going to close at 1, and I was there 20 to 1, (after standing outside Cape Gate Entrance for another 10 minutes before they let us in. Today, MTN deducted an amount of R1394.97 from my account. THEY ARE STEALING MY MONEY! I have NOT had any SERVICE from 29 March 2020. I WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!! AND MY MONEY REFUNDED!! I have a new contract with another service provider now, as MTN took the liberty of disconnecting my line. I AM DONE WITH MTN!!!
I took out funeral cover 3 months ago. Much to my suprise, HOLLARD!!! decided I need Legal Cover!!!R230 was deducted of my bank account on the 30th!!! I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR LEGAL COVER!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I had to go into the bank and reverse my money. I have to pay the costs for the reversal! I WANT THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON FIRED!!! never ever do businness with hollard!! once they have your banking details, they just deduct money from your account as THEY WISH!!!
I didn't want to shop at Pick n Pay Cape Gate any more, because when you want to withdraw money, they NEVER have. After 3 months NOT shopping with them any more, I decided to go back and see if things have improved. But NO, still the SAME! I told the cashier I want to withdraw money, she asked how much. I told her the amount, she said she doesn't have that amount of money in her till. I asked her to get the supervisor to bring her money so that I can withdraw the amount I need. Her answer to me is the store doesn't have money! I mean really???? I had to swipe my card twice, 1 st to pay for my groceries and for her to open the till to see how much money she had. And again n to withdraw money. I asked to see the manager. They called him/her several times over the pa system. After 15 minutes, I have decided to leave.The store Manager Rene Regan, didn't bother to show up, nor did a \Chris"whom they also called. I asked the lady what is the store Managers name and surname"
