AVOID USING PARGO!!!
The driver lost my parcel. They blamed it on the clicks waterfall corner for not handling the package appropriately. It’s been over 2 months since this matter has been ongoing and I still find myself begging, sending multiple emails just so they can pay me the money I’m owed. Their communication is poor, very poor and honestly I’m coming to accept that my product, my money and my time are gone and there’s nothing I can do about it. I was referred to an accounts manager by the name of Tyler Christians who I’m supposed to be in communication with regarding the Goodwills claim and incident report. Haven’t heard from for over a week, and trust me I did follow up. In summary, this is easily top two WORST courier services in the country. And this isn’t even my first incident with them. Curse my patient heart.

Amazing Product!
Bought my youngest the Lua Flip Chess Toy & myself the make up brush cleaner. Ordered on 17th June and it arrived yesterday (25th June). My son is not an easy kid to please. I absolutely love love love that we found something for him. Thank you Luv Lua team!!!

Good Service
Shipment was out of stock, however they were very timely in informing me and made up for it by gifting me another pair of shoes I’ve beeeen wanting. Will definitely be shopping there again!
