I bought sneakers from Tha Plug in November and still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they do not respond at all. No updates, no tracking, nothing. Once they took my money, communication stopped. This experience is definitely a ****, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this business.

You’re not getting your order anytime soon. i ordered on the 11th of December and they told me 3-10 business days, it is now January 2026 and i still haven’t gotten my order, i already requested a chargeback from the bank. this place is a ****, don’t buy

i ordered from here last week, i was told to expect the delivery this week. since the day i ordered i have received absolutely no emails, sms or whatsapps in regards of my order. i tried calling, the phone is off. sent emails and no response. i spent R3,500 on an order of two Jordan 4s. i didnt read reviews before placing an order and i hope no one else makes the same mistake i did. DO NOT ORDER FROM THAPLUGZA

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due. I ordered from Tha Plug ZA recently and the whole experience was just smooth from start to finish. My package came on time here in Clifton, nicely packed and exactly what I ordered so no surprises whatsoever. What really impressed me was the communication. They actually rep**** quickly and made sure I was sorted even after delivery. It’s rare to find online stores in SA that care like that. Definitely recommending ThaPlug ZA to anyone who wants proper service and quality. I’ll 100% be ordering again soon.

I placed an order for Air Force 1s from The Plug ZA on 12 September 2024, and for almost a full year, I received no proper communication or delivery. My order status stayed stuck on "awaiting fulfillment" for months. Yesterday, on 1 August 2025, they finally emailed me — not with a proper update, tracking number, or refund — but instead offering me 30% off my next order. How do you offer a discount for a new order when you haven’t even delivered the first one? I feel completely ****med. After waiting this long, I just want either a full refund or my shoes delivered ASAP. This is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them unless they fix this issue. I’ve also tried WhatsApping the number they provided but haven’t received a proper response.
