Terrible to deal with
Shocking. No communication. Quick to take your money but then you can't reach them at all. It's now been three weeks since we placed our order and nothing has arrived.0 replies

Refusing to repay my deposit
Paid my deposit in good faith for a cycling event to be held, starting from the hotel. And when the race was postponed to some time in 2022 the hotel refused to refund my deposit. This is unacceptable as we travel from Gauteng and have no idea if or when we will be able to travel to White River again.0 replies

Useless accounts and just want to bully people into paying over money
Absolutely useless. Three months after my contract ended with another gym, the Gym Co took over. A year later they suddenly started calling me saying I owed them money. Yet my contract with the previous gym had ended 3 months prior to them taking over, and I've given them details on my contract which was for a fixed term anyway. Also why start calling a year later? Now they keep claiming they never received my mails and the proof of cancellation. They are absolutely useless.0 replies

UK parcels never delivered
Ordered 3 small items from the UK as a birthday gift. Sent Royal Air Mail on 14 Dec 2017. Still no delivery from the Post Office. Cannot get through on their customer service line and they don't even read e-mails. Simply nowhere to start looking for the parcels. Disgusting.0 replies
