Pathetic customer service received from the owner of PSN Lifestyle. I purchased the PSN Lifestyle whey protein from Takealot. I have been a long time customer of this brand. I purchased 3 bags of the 1kg cream soda flavour and I contracted food poisoning from it. My toilet and I were the best of friends for 2 complete days. I wanted to return the products. Takealot however doesn't have a return policy on the product. I contacted the business directly via email and I received this response on 07 March 2024 "Good morning Keegan Please give me a call, 066******* I have had numerous terrible complaints regarding this, the seller you baught from on TAKEALOT is not PSNLifestyle but seller Sold by Seller 29844182, they are selling **** PSN whey and causing massive brand damage. I have contacted TAKEALOT numerous times and have had no success in getting this seller to STOP." I made telephonic contact with the owner and she advised me about her personal issues which was going on. I was very understanding about it and I even assisted her with reporting the person selling counterfeit products on takealot. I advised her that I purchased 3 bags of her product and Takealot doesn't accept returns on it. So she said she will reimburse me the 3 bags. I whatsapped her my details and address which she advised me to do. From 07 March 2024 till today 11 May 2024, I've been getting multiple excuses and eventually it led to my messages just being read and not responded to.
Pathetic customer service from Gbets. They give you a 100% wager bonus which cannot be used on anything. The bonus cannot be used on the slot games they advertise. You csnt even use the bonus on sports bets. Pathetic gambling platform. Will not recommend it.

This doesn't deserve any star. Since taking the rain 5G. I have encountered so many issues. The after sales service is pathetic. I cancelled my plan on 18/12/2021 which was within the 7 day period for a refund because I did not get coverage in my area. It was an up and down battle to get my refund. Eventually I received my refund and they collected their router. However, today the 01/02/2022 I am still being debited from Rain for a service that has never been used.
My Rain 5G sim was delivered on the 10/12/21, it only got activated on the 15/12/21, I was out of town at the time. When I got home on the 17/12/21, only to find out there's no coverage. I logged a network issue on the same date and I was contacted by Rain on the 18/12/21. I spoke to an agent and he advised me to cancel the plan as there site is not 100% accurate with coverage when checking if your area is covered for 5G. My cancellation ticket was logged on 18/12/21. I have not received any feedback. I logged another ticket of cancellation on 29/12/21 and asked if my plan was cancelled. I got a reply on 06/01/22 saying that they said they have a high number of queries and they request my address and contact details to fetch their device. I received an email on 11/01/22 at 13:22 saying collection for the device has been logged. At 14:32 a courier is calling me to say he's here to fetch their device. I was currently at work, however, I responded to their email with regards to my refund because I cancelled within 7 days of activation. So until they refund me, that's the only time I will be available for them to collect their device.
