Literally the most frustrating website to use!! I selected Delivery and made the payment, then I see that it is on collection! I shop online so I don't have to go to a mall!! Unable to cancel and the "Help" does not let you type anything??
Just joined - Melon Mobile has great plans, and the whole process is incredibly easy from start to finish. Their WhatsApp customer support is top-notch, making everything quick and hassle-free. I really love the convenience!
I would recommend you rather use uber eats they are much more helpful and reliable and don't ***** people's money. I placed an ordered for Beef Trinchado last night and received chicken livers (which I don't eat) and I was charged Twice for the order. I contacted their customer service about it. They are not doing anything about the wrong order, and about the double payment they told me to contact my bank. I saw another review of someone who had the same issue in the same month and got their number black listed because their bank reversed a double payment... they were told they should have contacted the (Very Unhelpful) customer service. Which I actually did and they are not willing to help me. So I ended up paying twice for food I could not even eat and there is nothing I can do about it except deleting the app and never using it again.

Would not recommend. Paid a fine on their website, but still getting messages from Ekurhuleni Metro that I have an outstanding fine (the exact one that I paid). Tried to contact Fines SA, but just getting ignored...

This website makes it impossible to actually use the service as it keeps saying incorrect password. Even if I just reset my password, it will say my new password is incorrect. It's not the first time, it is literally every single time I try to use it. I can guarantee you are losing a lot of business due to this.
Bought a nice little birthday gift for a friend for her birthday online... and received it wrapped in plastic, instead of a nice box like you used to give in the past. How am I supposed to give someone a gift like this??? At least make it clear on the Bash website that you won't be supplying a box and give customers the option to pay extra for one!
When I first signed up with rain and received my router everything was great for the first few months, then all of a sudden the network was horrible. I spoke to a lady, think her name was Michelle, she was super helpful and got a technician out to install an outdoor router. The network was much better, but only in the kitchen. Which is a problem since I can't move all my devices to the kitchen, so had to cancel. Received a call from a courier company to collect the router, which was installed by a technician on the side of my building. I told the lady I have no way of getting it down. Sent a few requests to Rain for help, which were just ignored. I was under the impression that they would send their technician back to remove the router he installed. But apparently that is my problem now. Just super frustrated since the courier company keeps phoning me to collect and I can't even get to the freaking router.
