Very bad service from melon mobile
My monthly subscription of R199 was deducted from my account to melon mobile but according to them they haven't received any payment according to them the payment is at payfast the ladies i spoke to from melon is Lilly and Zimkhitha wasn't friendly and very unhelpfull no one give me feedback on where the money is or what's happening or how do i get my money back. My subscription is suspended by melon mobile i would not advise anyone to make use of there services and canceling my account with them

I quite enjoy the flexibility of Melon mobile so I use it in conjunction with my existing contract for extra data and minutes when things get tricky month end
I quite enjoy the flexibility of Melon mobile so I use it in conjunction with my existing contract for extra data and minutes when things get tricky month end. My only gripe is the App functionality which I feel is somewhat limited.
