I have bought baby items of Ruby Melon on 16 March 2021. I have received an email stating that my order has been successful and they are busy preparing my order and should take about 2 business days to be delivered. Two weeks later, I sent an email to them asking for an update on my delivery with no response. A month after my order I sent an email to both email addresses provided on their website, again with no response. I am afraid I am never going to receive my order and they have taken my money. This is an absolute disgrace. I don't even know if RUBY MELON really exists.
