Best online shop and service!
This is the best online shop I have ever dealt with. They have the most amazing staff (Jo) that is always there and always friendly to assist. Will continue to order from them monthly as this is the best prices, toys and service ever!!!

Fresh Crystals for cat litter (*******)
I bought 2 of the Fresh Crystals from them which i paid R419 for and on the website it says 30-40 days of freshness if you use the 2/3 of a cup on top of the litter. That is absolute *******. I even use a full cup and it does NOT take away any odours at all. I've used it now more than once on a clean litter box and not even hours later the box smells. The Crystals does not work at all That is absolute waste of money!!!

No Delivery or feedback. Avoid this store.
I purchased products from the epetstore online on the 2nd of December. These were not yet delivered to me, it is now the 17th of December. I did send them a mail in regards to the delivery, they stated they will follow up with fastway couriers.. Still no feedback.. Seems they are a ****. Please avoid shopping from this store..

Fantastic service from ePetstore!
I had an amazing experience ordering a dog door flap from ePetstore. The delivery arrived on time and I was kept updated on the delivery process the entire time. My order arrived with a handwritten card welcoming me to the ePetstore family. Well done. Great customer service!

Super happy shopper!
I love shopping at this store. They have a great range of products and there is always an affordable version of an item. Delivery is very fast and I'm all the way in Cape Town. But the best business practice they have is the personalized notes they put in my deliveries. It always puts a smile on my face.

Absolutely brilliant - best online pet supply shop
Absolutely brilliant. Have used 3 times and will continue to do so. Particularly enjoy the personal touch of the postcards with adorable dog pics - have them on my fridge.
