Best online shop and service!
This is the best online shop I have ever dealt with. They have the most amazing staff (Jo) that is always there and always friendly to assist. Will continue to order from them monthly as this is the best prices, toys and service ever!!!

Wonderful Service!!!
They just have the best service ever! Nomandla Klaas helped me and sorted out two claims, she was so friendly, contacted me and confirmed everything. She is very friendly, her assistance and handling the claim very fast and professional.

Excellent service
Dotsure has always been great! The service is excellent. Zanele Mhlaba assisted my claim and I could not have been in better hands. Very happy with Dotsure and would recommend to everyone.

Dischem medical plan false information
Oh how they catch people with this medical plan with false information. Very dissipointed with this and in the 1ste month, I am canceling with immediate effect after I was given different information

Bad service
Its the most terrible service to claim from the home contents department. Tomorrow is one week..no feedback...my work pc broke I explained the urgency..nothing. The pet claims is just perfect service..but thinking of canceling my home insurance with them. Waiting a week with no feedback at all is not acceptable.

Sibahle Pebi 0448053700 dotsure extremely good customer service
I have had my pet insurance with them for over 5years. Not ones have i waited longer than an hour for feedback after submitting a claim. Today i was helped by Sibahle Pebi 0448053700 and what friendly service..she explained everything i asked. Wonderfull to have her on dotsure team.

Poor service
I have been trying to register my warranty for the past week. Only to phone 100times wait in line for call center for 15min only to get to a voicemail. Numerous emails and even logging in via a SMS u sent just for NO ONE to get back to me. This is terrible service and now i am stuck with a fridge a no registered warranty

Bad service
I ordered over R1200 at takealot all show in stock delivery 2-3 days. Now the delivery date is over 3weeks being given to me. How bad is this. U pay for something that says 2-3 days and wait 2-3 weeks for it. I wont order from them again unless i cant find it elsewhere
