Guys I'm really disappointed with the afterservice I got after buying my 65 inch hisense tv last year April, Not the TV has a split screen and technician comes and tells me it can't be fixed under warranty because of ****roach damage, in my 45+ years on this earth this was the weirdest reason I've ever heard and for hisense not honor their warranty because of roaches is like telling is customers we should go live on Mars where there is no insects,this is just a money making scheme and guys beware when buying these products, now I need to pay to get it repaired as expensive as it was now a household insect is costing me because the manufacturer forgot there is roaches in houses

My experience with Hisense was excellent. My TV was repaired quickly and professionally, and Lebo provided outstanding customer service. I also purchased an air fryer, and its performance has been amazing.
