Terrible service
Terrible service, unresponsive via email. Did not do the basics of a rental agency, I had to do outgoing inspection, key handover myself. When asked for annual inspection documents, they don't even bother to reply.
They even review themselves on google to get the rating up
Edit: after public harassment, still no reply on emails... Gerhard(Jorina) please could we get annual inspection documents?
