USELESS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT
Most probably the worst customer service in the world. I have been chasing them for two months to repair the ac I purchased from then and was installed by the, but developed faults after a year. Two visits in and about 30 emails, nothing has been fixed, in fact it has gotten worse. On top of that they simply don't respond to messages or emails, probably we'll aware they messed up and bury their heads - and responsibilities - in the sand. Absolutely useless service. Stay away, you will regret it!

To clarify, the unit in question is a multi-split system purchased in 2024 and was serviced in February 2026. Following the reported issue, our installer attended on site and carried out a pipe check and system restart, however the fault persisted.
At this stage, our site manager is in direct contact with the supplier to arrange for their technical team to attend on site and resolve the issue. This step is necessary to ensure a correct and lasting resolution in line with manufacturer requirements.
We do acknowledge that the delays and lack of consistent communication have added to your frustration, and this is being addressed internally. Your feedback is taken seriously as we work to improve our after-sales support.
