Most probably the worst customer service in the world. I have been chasing them for two months to repair the ac I purchased from then and was installed by the, but developed faults after a year. Two visits in and about 30 emails, nothing has been fixed, in fact it has gotten worse. On top of that they simply don't respond to messages or emails, probably we'll aware they messed up and bury their heads - and responsibilities - in the sand. Absolutely useless service. Stay away, you will regret it!
Impossible to deal with, emails are ignored even if you send multiple follow ups. When they do respond, they don't actually address the request, but sent some generic response that is clearly generated by an email bot, not an actual human being that can read and understand the request.
Totally useless courier company, DO NOT USE! They don't deliver when scheduled, claim to have been at your house but CCTV shows nothing, don't call, don't apologize, don't know when they may deliver,totally clueless!
Paid good money to install 3 AC units in October 2023, none of them work to date and the owner simply does not respond to any calls, emails, texts. Now have to go via the legal route to ensure he is liable for all the extra expenses incurred to fix his F-up. Definitely not a company I would recommend to anyone!
I paid for a copy a title deed and paid ZAR 500+ for this. A few days later received an automated email that the document was retrieved and would be send to me within 5-10 working days. Since then no further communication, no answers to any emails sent to them. Clear a **** so stay away! Lexis Windeed seems a better option if you need a deeds office search.
Possibly the worst kind of customer service one can experience, trying to get a small parcel paid for clearing. Despite using THEIR portal with THEIR provider, they claim they cannot find your payment, even after submitting numerous times proof of the transaction going off your account. Instead of trying to assist, they make it your problem by telling you to find out what happens to the funds that THEY already took off your account. STAY CLEAR if you ever want to receive your parcel!!
Atrocious aftersales. Have been sending them messages since October last year, and they have not responded to a single one of them. Will never buy from them again ever!
Absolutely terrible ISP and even worse customer service. Internet goes down at least once a week, near impossible to get through on their landline, as it's always busy. Emails are hardly responded to or days or even a week later. There is absolutely no after-hour support, you're supposed to leave a message on an answering machine that clearly nobody even listens to on their side. They are big on advertising as the next best thing since sliced bread, but would suggest they first get their act together, both on the technical side as well as the customer support, as both are absolutely deplorable!
Impossible to get anyone on the line to assist with ongoing roaming issues the network seems to have. You either get a totally useless chatbot named Tobi who is so stupid it doesn't understand one single question and keeps resetting the chat to the main menu after telling you there are no service consultants available. Calling in doesn't work either, as that stupid computer just tells you that they don't understand the number punched in and disconnects the call. How utterly useless has this company become? Time to change, judging by the comments on here they really do not give a flying F#@ about their customers at all! Been a loyal client for almost 20 years but now it's time to move on!
