Blatant misuse of personal infomation

After being approached by a total stranger withouty my consent, per whatsapp, I reached out to this dating site to ask why they have a profile of mine farmed from the internet. They deny it appears on their site despite me having a screenshot showing otherwise. I am furious at my personal information being used in this manner as I have not given consent for this !! POPIA act much ? Disgusting customer service, I will be contacting my lawyer in this regard.
