Retailer ransom

<p>I can't believe that in this age of consumer rights that retailers can still hold us to ransom over refunds and returns - went in to the Gateway branch to return t shirts that didn't fit true to size - I was advised by store staff that the store did not have a refund policy - arrogant manager/owner that started quoting his past achievements this considering that the group was in liquidation not so long ago... Paballo Bokolane worst retail experience ever</p>
