Visited there often, but today was the worst day, did not even have my first drink and was notified that I will not be served because I was to plesent towards a waitress, will visit soon, but makes me feel very uncomfortable to be there!!!

Aca Joe service excellent
My first online purchase was done and delivered in under 48 hours (I’m in an outlying area as well). I had come on here to review their online store before my purchase and it didn’t inspire confidence, which tend to put one off a supplier. I’d like to correct that - service and delivery time was excellent! Thank you

Aca Joe - Disgusting Service!!!
I placed an order 26 September and when making the payment it states your parcel will be delivered in 3 business days. On business day number two, I get a call to say there’s a slight delay but the parcel should be delivered two business days later .. it has now been more than 10 business days and when enquiring about this today I am told to cancel with another two business days.. the service is shocking!! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager is unavailable and couldn’t bother to make an effort to remedy the situation The person I told as speaking to wants to offer a discount on n the next purchase?? Why on Earth do hold I ever make a purchase again? No effort to try and get the package delivered sooner based on the fact that it’s been more than two weeks at this point For a company that liquidated the attitude and is quite blasé in order to stick to original terms of conditions I would t advise anyone to make use of them you can order in January if you’re interested expecting it in time for Christmas.. would be interesting to see if the owner is aware of the staff he employed Disgusting!!!

Aca Joe are crooks and thieves. Stealing and robbing their customers
I have bought 2 gold t-shirts at Aca Joe. The other t-shirt was not fitting and I informed them and request for exchange. The courier was sent for collection and wrong items was collected. I was called and asked to pay for the return of the wrong item. The guy charged me 3 times the price and he then sent me the courier price list. Only to find out that the courier price is R75 but he charged me R240 and when I questioned it he was still not apologetic about and still wanted to milk me for more money. When we finally agreed that he owe me, I then asked that I buy something else with the credit they owe me he then told me to pay full price of the item I want to buy with the credit they owe me and pay for the courier again. Surprisingly he didn't want me to purchase online but thought him and pay into his bank account. Guys be careful. He's working there and using the store numbers but he's shady and dangerous. To this day I have not received my money nor the exchange.

aca joe / fraudsters/ shoddy service / pathetic in-stoor assistants
what a KAk company. You buy goods, get told you can return the same if colour fades, the texture goes or defects arise after 1 wash/ I returned it to the store at Clearwater mall. The 2 douchbags there forgot who made the sale and who is responsible or accountable. that is what you get for RSA kak products. Avoid aca joe at ALL costs. cheap material, Shoddy service. Mediocre people in the stores, unprofessional geeks to approach you in their stores. I hope they go bankrupt nd die in prison / Hospitals. with UGLY Incurable Diseases. Thy are worse than Government outlets who they currently compete with, like Clinics, Hospitals, Home affairs, magistrate courts/ USELESS and PATHETIC

Standing ovation service
On the 2018-02-17 I visited the Aca Joe store at gateway shopping mall for the one day sale. From the moment I entered the store I was totally impressed and taken aback by the energy vibrance and enthusiasm of the staff members. They where constantly enquiring if I needed help and was always there when I made enquiries about sizes etc attending to it promptly. When I went to the fitting room my hubby sat in the waiting area and one of the staff members had the curtsey to make hubby feel at home. He was even offered a refreshing drink whilst I shopped at leasure. The best is still yet to come. Whilst I payed for the items at cashier the staff member known at MK was packing my clothing items. In all my years of shopping experience I have never come across such maticulous, pride and dedication as I observed MK packing the clothing items. I stood in ore and astonishment as he treated each clothing item with such care. He even came out of the counter area and walked with us to the door of the store. With a smile an his face he shook our hands and thanked us for visiting the store. MK deserves a standing ovation with the rest of the staff from ACA Joe gateway. Kind regards Mz C

<p>I can't believe that in this age of consumer rights that retailers can still hold us to ransom over refunds and returns - went in to the Gateway branch to return t shirts that didn't fit true to size - I was advised by store staff that the store did not have a refund policy - arrogant manager/owner that started quoting his past achievements this considering that the group was in liquidation not so long ago... Paballo Bokolane worst retail experience ever</p>
