My internet has been off for hours, fibre box completely dead, you cannot contact anyone for support other than the WhatsApp number and it’s been hours and no one has contact, I’m cancelling , I’m done with this BS
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They are a complete rip-off! Your account is debited without your permission for charges no one informs you about. When I tried to cancel my service—three times—I was promised a credit for the following month. And guess what? They still debited my account, even with that supposed credit. For those unaware (since this isn’t clearly stated on their website), when you move homes, they charge you a R250 “move home fee”. Then, they bill you for both the new address and the old one, meaning you could end up paying R2,500 just to move. In contrast, canceling would cost only R900, and you could simply take the line again at the new house. Everything they claim is a lie. I have written proof from seven agents on WhatsApp about what they promised as an apology, yet they did the exact opposite. My advice: go with Vox instead. You’ll never have billing issues. Stay far away from Webafrica!

I am disgusted with Checkers N1 City!!! More specifically Christaline Booysen !!! Checkers has an entrance into the mall into other shops! I didn’t make that decision, Checkers did and this lady was so rude to me for asking her to open so I can go to my car!! The shop closes at 7 and it was 6.35! I asked why she can’t let me through and she said because I’m ****ing inconsiderate! And I don’t care who’s going to say this didn’t happen I want disciplinary action against her or I’m going to take Checkers on! She so nicely told me she’s in management which in my eyes are the ambassadors for the Checkers brand as a whole!! I want action I’m not kidding I’m going to sue !!!
I bought my daughter school clothes for a new school end of December 2022 By a few days before school her track pants was too short and I’m guessing she was the manager.. gave me no slip to say it will be exchanged .. said she made a note and knows my face when the stock comes in she will give me a call My daughter attended school for 1 week, was bullied and I had to change schools I’m currently in the store right now trying to get a refund on the clothes she didn’t wear in order to buy nee school uniform The rude lady at the till tells me they can’t get change but no one gave me a receipt.. I said that this is a store issue because surely whoever told me she’s making a not should have given me a slip I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes with no help or feedback .. I am disgusted at this store and their lack of following processes which now puts me in a situation
Once again my 3rd complaint.. I think this means its run its course. First I could only book 2 appointments instead of 5 then a very lovely lady called me and booked the appointments as it was for my daughters birthday so a series of pampers for her. The facial was complete and amazing and half way through her mani and pedi there was loadshedding and she couldn't complete any of her other treatments for the day... Firstly how is this the nature if your business in a time where loadshedding ain't going nowhere? You can't spend R4000 on a small generator? That aside, the lady told me we might as well leave because we now forfeit the treatments, I asked what do you mean and she said well seeing as its loadshedding you cannot wait for the power as there will be other clients for those slots and you also cannot rebook the treatments so in essence you forfeit them. She also said their website states what she is saying, I searched the entire website and don't see this and even if it was listed, loadshedding wasn't even scheduled so if you don't cancel in 24 hours you lose your treatment but if you didn't know 24 hours ago you also lose your treatment. My daughters birthday was completely ruined and this being her first experience So now when you collect your payment and its loadshedding, sorry you forfeit your payment because you should have known This place is bizarre but I guess you get what you pay for
So when I signed up I was promised 5 treatments per month for R400 per month. Over the last 2 months I am only able to book 3 treatments per month and then it blocks me, I tried calling the Call Centre and when I give my query they hang up. I tried doing an online contact complaint and no one even bothers to call you back This place is an actual rip off and I am going to report you
How the hell are you guys still in operation? I placed my order based on current products available and made payment according to that, I need my son's formula. Now I get a notification that there is no stock of the formula and the monies will be credited back with club points? So you not giving me the milk nor are you giving me the money back to go and source it elsewhere? This is an actual circus! now once again my son has no milk and I don't have that extra money to buy it, this is a rip off! it is not my fault there suddenly isn't any stock!!!!!! It clearly stated in stock online so I want my money back I dont want club points This is honestly the last time Clicks takes me for a effing joke like this, I spend way too much money with you monthly to be taking this s@#!
I arrived for my couples massage on 22 January at 13.15 and my husband and I were told to get undressed and get onto the beds. A lady then came in and told us we need to leave the room because it’s meant for someone else .. no one is moving us to our correct room as it seems it wasn’t even booked We are standing around like a bunch of idiots waiting to be helped I am completely disgusted as I thought this was a professional organisation when no one knows what the hell is going on here I don’t want me membership cancelled this is a circus !!!
On Monday past I was receiving notifications that someone is making online purchases with my card, I called in immediately ad even while on the call monies was going off my account.. The agent blocked the card and said someone would contact me and I am still waiting. The transactions were pending on my account so I thought this is because FNB is investigating the matter so I could get my money back and today I see the transactions were successful so there is no way I will get a R1200 lost back No one has even contacted me so say we are busy with your fraud report, nothing.. radio silence. FNB promotes secure banking, what the hell is so secure with fraudulent activity and a guarantee that your money is gone. I have been waiting for an agent on secure chat for now 20 minutes to close this account because clearly its not a safe bank to bank with. Clearly no one even cares about what happened to me or to get my money back and reverse the transactions so I will take my business to another bank This is a joke
