If i could give a zero rating i would. I have encountered a nightmare. Jun2024 i received a call that i should have never answered. I can't remember the sales ladies name..but i was fami**** with the company. A membership for a fee of R699 with 4 free treatments a month. I thought, that is a bargain. I gave my banking details, but was second guessing and rejected the debit order mandate, I got back to the sales lady via whatsapp and explained i rejected. I wish to not go forward with this memebership. She mentioned 5 day cooling period for cancellation, there after a cancellation fee is needed. I sent and email on the 2nd day requesting cancellation. I received a ticket number. thinking i was in the clear and all was sorted. UNTIL...my account was debited every month and i kept reserving the funds. 2025 i got threating emails. A woman named Diann, i understand she has a job to fullfill but she's plan out rude, no chance to even explain my part. 2026 she contacts me again rude, doesn't give me moment to even speak. same day a very threatening email to pay R2700 for a service i never ever used, and cancelled within the cooling off period. Threatening to list me with credit bureaus, i should pay legal fees. I never seen the DEVIL so alive in someone. I checked the site and saw the company is actually closed. So tell me, does that not tell you that the devil is attacking!

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unhygienic I had initially signed up for a package at Moimooi Spa through one of their former employees, under the impression that it was a one-year subscription. I stopped using their services months ago due to their lack of professionalism and poor hygiene standards. The facilities were far from clean, and overall, the experience was disappointing. To my surprise, I received a call this morning claiming that I owe money for an ongoing subscription—something I never agreed to beyond the original term. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of reliable communication: their phone lines are often down, and they don't even provide an alternative email address for customer support. I would not recommend Moimooi Spa to anyone. Based on my experience, it seems they are more interested in trapping clients into unclear billing practices than offering quality service. A hygiene specialist should genuinely inspect this establishment.

Not reliable at all! Signed up with them and paid for a package for 12 months... With R1000 booking fee for their agent to do my bookings. One month into it, the agent changes and they say I must pay an additional R1000 for a new agent to handle my bookings. Four months later, they want me to pay more because they have changed their booking platform and I must now activate my account in the new system, otherwise they won't honor my outstanding treatments for the next 8 months! Please be aware before signing up with them. Customer support is non existent.

I have paid for my spa treatments for a year. I am left with 2 months more treatments to do. They are not responding to my bookings. Earlier in April they threatened that I will forfeit all remaining spa treatments if I don’t pay R499

What a bunch of ****mers. Literally phoned me saying i was a finalist and had to get a subscription to get 5 treatments per month. I did all of this, to find out the spa in PTA is no longer a part of these people and their jhb spa has only been operational since middle april. And they only do nails on weekends no other treatments. Just sooke to Glenda at head office and she said to me the subcription fee was actually a bank verification fee and to create my profile so they wont refund it. Bunch of *****s these Moimooi spa people. They take peoples money for subscriptions them dont refund when the spa cannot assist with any treatments on specific dates (which i was told they do by Darrel, the sales guy, whom was very eager to get me onboard,harrased me until i subscribed) and now when they are unable to deliver you get told sorry your money was for bank verification,like ***!!!!! Imagine they fool 100 people like this per day, the money they make is insane, and they are not delivering what they promise. To get told also the bad reviews are because people havent paid. I freaking paid so wĥat now. They ***** money people, dont do this!!!!!! And i will post this everywhere everyday!!!!!!!!! And then i get phoned when i write my review on facebook and get threatened that if i post anything bad anywhere they will sue me for defamation of character!!!!!!!

Bought the package from one of their consultants, Nishaat. Total *****. first appointment was booked and thereafter she went AWOL. After reaching out to the company, they basically said she was fired. I said they should take legal action and the response I got from Jenine was "She didnt do anything to me". Save yourself !

I wish someone sees this before signing up for any of their packages under the claims of having won a “competition”. It’s been over a year now and I still have not received my refund after they wrongfully debited from my account a while after I had paid R699 in cancellation fees. I have been emailing since end of March 2024 up to date 15 April 2025 and all I’m met with is the matter is being escalated FOR OVER A YEAR after they claimed refunds take 60 to 90 working days. At this point I feel like I was just ****med! Recently they don’t even reply to any of my emails. I even got one email for someone that works in their finance department and zero correspondence from them either!
