I have paid for my spa treatments for a year. I am left with 2 months more treatments to do. They are not responding to my bookings. Earlier in April they threatened that I will forfeit all remaining spa treatments if I don’t pay R499
SARS system continues to give error messages and we calling their call centre directs to self service which has limited options. No option of speaking to anybody or consultant
Their call center is not working and they don’t reply to their emails. Queues are very long at sunny side branch you are requested to come the following day at your own expense

I was in Truworths Brooklyn to exchange a skirt for a bigger size however the was no size that I wanted in the store. The teller got it for in Truworths Atteridgeville. When I got there the teller wanted to charge me more saying the sale ended Monday but the teller in Brooklyn said that I’m going to get it by the same price as the one I was exchanging. I drove to Atteridgeville for nothing because they refused to give me the skirt at the price that I bought it with. I just said I can’t pay more and she did the return. I could have got my skirt if it was available in Brooklyn store.
Bad service by one their branches in Menlyn. My late husband was their employee. I went to their office for HR matters such collect statements of my husband estate and the filling necessary forms to claim death benefits. They refused to help. I went there with the magistrate letter

I paid R169 in my account in August 15 last year when I placed an order in December last year the R169 was no where to be found. My sales leader Cecillia Seleke tried to sorted out but with no luck. I emailed their credit control center got automatic reply. I just want my money back. I have been sent around. Avon requesting proof of payment. I send all their requested still I don’t have my money back

Nedbank is really taking me for granted. A week ago I enquired about the additional card fee that charged on my account when I only have one card. The agent I spoke to yesterday when I was asking for feedback on the investigation of the additional card fee. He said it is because I have received a wrong that I was using. He went on applied for card replacement and I was charged for it as if I issued myself a wrong card in the first place. So I have been charged again. I hope I am making sense. All that Nedbank is doing is making customers pay for their incompetences. I was charged monthly for additional card that I don’t have and now I am being charged for a replacement card fee to replace the wrong card that they gave me. Very sad and disappointed 😢
