I have been calling Ooba every week for the past 4 weeks. Apparently their systems are down so the agents are not able to do anything. What legitimate company is off line for 4 weeks?? Then I tried to cancel my policy due to their inability to help - guess what? They cant cancel it because their systems are down. Please can someone from ooba insurance do me the favor of canceling this non existent service?
