My child was served raw chicken strips, they did not even offer to make him a new plate of food. We had to ask them to and we were charged for his meal. The second plate had burnt chicken strips - to spite us for complaining I assume. Poor customer service, serious health hazard and no accountability.
This business is a ****. I received the wrong order after paying in full. The owner and his administration ignore calls and do not respond to emails. They are in constant communication when they want payment but once it is made, you will never hear from them again. Avoid at all costs.

This insurance is a scam. I submitted a claim after paying monthly premiums for a phone for more than a year. There was no communication until I called the call center to ask for progress. Then I am told there are documents outstanding - that no one bothered to ask me for. Please can someone from this company contact me.
It has been 4 weeks of calling FNB call centres to get them to release my pledged funds into my cheque account. I even went into a branch to verify my fingerprints. No one seems to know what to do or how to do it. Please release my money so I can withdraw it and close my account. I am tired of the poor customer service at FNB.
My Telkom fibre service was cancelled without my knowledge or consent. I only found this out after calling several departments at Telkom and being transferred from pillar to post. Firstly no one could tell me how a contract service was cancelled without me requesting it or why there was no confirmation of this cancellation sent to me via email or sms. On top of this, one agent said I will have to pay reconnection fees whenever my fibre is activated. Now I am unable to work and all I am told when I call after being on hold for more than 30 minutes at a time is the matter has been escalated - still no communication. Can some one from Telkom please contact me and provide me with reasons for how some one else was able to cancel my fibre and how this will resolved. I have had issues with Telkom before but this is truly the last nail in the coffin. I will not be renewing by contract when this current one expires.

I ordered a device through FNB and have been calling the Digital Planet call centre for days trying to find out where my device is. no answer at the call centre after holding for more than 30 minutes each time. I think the only solution is to cancel my order with FNB.
