Ooba insurance off line for weeks!!!
I have been calling Ooba every week for the past 4 weeks. Apparently their systems are down so the agents are not able to do anything. What legitimate company is off line for 4 weeks?? Then I tried to cancel my policy due to their inability to help - guess what? They cant cancel it because their systems are down. Please can someone from ooba insurance do me the favor of canceling this non existent service?1 reply

Child served raw chicken strips
My child was served raw chicken strips, they did not even offer to make him a new plate of food. We had to ask them to and we were charged for his meal. The second plate had burnt chicken strips - to spite us for complaining I assume. Poor customer service, serious health hazard and no accountability.0 replies

Pineapple Insurance is a scam
This insurance is a scam. I submitted a claim after paying monthly premiums for a phone for more than a year. There was no communication until I called the call center to ask for progress. Then I am told there are documents outstanding - that no one bothered to ask me for. Please can someone from this company contact me.1 reply

Poor customer service
It has been 4 weeks of calling FNB call centres to get them to release my pledged funds into my cheque account. I even went into a branch to verify my fingerprints. No one seems to know what to do or how to do it. Please release my money so I can withdraw it and close my account. I am tired of the poor customer service at FNB.1 reply
