I went to burger king in turfal road rondebosch,I went threw the drive thru paid when I got my food I asked the guy is all the food there he looked at me in a very disrespectful way as if I'm stupid terrible customer service from a burger king employee he said yes I drove something said to check the bag one cheese burger was missing I went back asked him where it is he had a no care attitude very appalling behaviour from a burger king employee. Is this how burger king instructs their employees to treat loyal customers?

Never ever again. If there was an option to give zero stars you would be the winner.Yesterday we bought burgers and 3 hours later found out we had food poisoning with high fever. My wife and I have never been so sick. Diagnosis was possibly due to E.Coli bacteria. The health department needs to pay your branch a visit. We have been throwing up for days solid.. Unacceptable, especially for the amount you charge, R280 straight into the toilet. Thank you burger King Lambton

If there was a 0 star that is what I would rate Burger King Mall of Africa. I ordered a double wopper cheese, no onion, no lettuce, no tomato. Wait 20 minutes. Hear them call my number, I wait behind the hordes of Uber eats drivers to finally be able to get my food, get to the front, give the lady my slip and she tells me my food is not ready. So I say to her but you called my number, so she says no it was the kitchen. Wait another 10 minutes, so plops a packet in front of me. On my way home I decide im gonna eat my food before it gets cold, open my Burger. Normal whopper. No cheese. Has onion. Tomato and lettuce. What is the point of being able to remove ingredients when your staff are unable to understand not to put it on??? What a total waste of my money. You guys should be ashamed.

Emanzimtoti branch has the rudest most self entitled manager I have ever come across in my life, Ms Philile Nzimande is the manager at the time of service, we ordered 8 medium meals (and this is important) while waiting for our order I asked the cashier for a cup as I know the soda water at the store is bottomless and FREE... she handed me a cup and I had some water, after which I tossed the cup in the bin. Upon receiving our order I was told I only get 7 cups for our drinks as they had already supp**** me a cup earlier for water. If I wanted another cup I would have to pay for another drink! This manager was so rude leaning on the counter telling me that it's not her problem I threw away my cup and she can't help me if I didn't think for myself to keep my cup... Now I'm not petty to complain and review a store for a simple paper cup but more the TASTELESS service! I would not recommend this branch to anyone who believes in a good meal with decent service.

I ordered a Value King Cheeseburger Meal through Uber Eats from Burger King Pretoria CBD and was extremely disappointed. The burger was tiny, the bun was just 6cm, dry, and barely held together, with only a small slice of cheese, a tiny patty that looked more like a nugget than a patty, and a bit of tomato sauce. Very very dry and the chips were hard like it was old or something. What I received is nothing like what’s advertised. This is not a Value King Cheeseburger meal — it feels more like Value false advertising. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from Burger King again. What a disappointment, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Burger King Riversands... Whas honestly my absolute worst experience ever I ordered on Uber the beacon fries where stale and old the food was ice cold and I can't even blame the Uber driver she only took 15 minutes to get to me Honestly disgusting the driver had to wait almost 5 minutes after they said it was ready just to receive my order. I am absolutely disgusting with the customer service when I called the burger king all they had to say was sorry next time we will do better. I ordered for almost 600 Rand this is honestly unacceptable. Be warned I will post this everywhere this was the worst experience I have ever had with a so called fast food restaurant.

We came home to a power outage so my husband decided to order two extra long chilli cheese meals with Uber eats,when the order gets delivered it's just the rolls without the chips and cool drink. He sent the driver back to the restaurant and then the driver called him and told him that those people are not taking him seriously because on their system it shows we didn't order meals just the rolls,but we have proof. The guy we spoke to goes by the name of Zola and works at burger king Richards bay he claims to be the manager and then tells us he can't help us because now it means he must give chips and cooldrink for free,how? We paid. This level of service is disgusting,burger king claims to be the second largest fast food chain but with management like this? We are deeply disappointed and we would appreciate a solution after you see the proof that my husband has.
