We would like to express out gratitude to Bonitas. After unexpected hospitalisation after we just became members, the fund assisted us more that we expected and causes such a great relieve. Dont received rebates that are promised on burau pricing. Cant get hold of account manager or any office number to enquire on excessive pricing and really struggle to get info on what they charged you for. Sage is an accounting company but cant even send invoices or statements for amounts charged. They just deduct from your account and then you struggle to get info on what you are charged for.
Unacceptable service and support from Inward payment dept. Client struggling for weeks to do inward payment and the department involve doesnt communicate or explain to client why they are stopping payment and ignore emails send to them. Client is so desperate and basically begging someone feom Standard bank to assist him. But calls and emails remain unanswered. This is truly a bad experience and the clients business is now suffering due to this.
My business accounts bank feeds to Sage has been stopped due to my personal profile that apparently needed to be updated. I went to the bank and updated my personal profile and bank feeds was stopped again after a few days for the same reason. As accountant i have numerous business on Sage accounting that also had bank feeds stopped as FNB wants the personal profiles to be updated. Books cant be continued to be processed via Sage now. If i already updated my personal profile at the bank itsef and this issue continues, what do businesses do now? What do i inform all my clients banking with FNB now because updating your personal profile doesnt work. It seems that bank feeds isnt possible when banking with FNB anymore.
Waiting for more than a month now for feedback on my claim on my debt protection policy with FNB. They have a turnaround time of 14 workdays, but it is already 26 workdays. They also dont let you know if they need more dokuments. If you dont phone them, you will never know if there is a hold up. Every time you phone to follow up, they just tell you they are beind and can never speak to a supervisor or the person actually dealing with your claim. They are quickly to sell you policies, but when it comes to claims, you wait forever and dont know if they are going to ever respond on my claim. I also have a funeral policy with FNB that i have been paying for more than 15 years but it just dissapeared but they still deduct the money from my account. Policies are a no go with FNB.
These attorneys dont care about you, only your money. Was totally overcharged for CCMA case and got very little assistance. Had to pay attorneys fees with the little money i did get out from the case. I just made them richer and im sitting in a worst off situation.
If you need help with CCMA case, dont go to these Attorneys. They really dont care about you. Only yout money. I got very little help, but the bill was big. And because i wasnt properly prepared for the case, and got bad advice, i received almost nothing after the case. It basically just covered the attorneys bill and i was almost in worst situation then. They totally overcharge.
