Very disappointing experience at Burger King Mall of the North, Polokwane. I did not receive my complete order, (only realising this when driving back home 60km) even though the lady at the collection point checked the order against the slip before handing it to me. She was utterly rude, unfriendly, and showed no interest in helping. Good customer service starts with treating customers with respect and ensuring orders are correct. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. (Time: about 15h20)
