Burger King Regina Mundi Drive Thru! Very pathetic service, I waited for 8 minutes before placing my order, and another 6 minutes to Pay! And waited again, what is the Drive Thru SLA!? One would think it’s faster to be on the drive thru!! I’m so upset that I had to yell at someone who gives a good service. managers need to pay attention to this matter urgently!!!
Got an sms from them saying they will deliver my Parcel on Friday, till this day I am still waiting for them, they are horrible with communication and their customer is Nonsense.
I have ordered a Power station from incredible Connection, 2 weeks ago it hasn't been delivered this is the 3rd week still nothing from them, even when you chat with their Agent on the app, no one gives you answers, Honestly one of the worst Customer Services, I have ever came across!!!
Takealot.com They have a horrible service I ordered a product and it was said it's going to be delivered today 07/09/2023... and that was very convenient for me as I am in the office. The next thing I check date has been changed for the 08/09/2023. which I am not going to be around to collect it. no communication from them or whatsoever.
Horrible service from these guys I have cancel my membership with them through mweb because I want to go to another service provider, they refuse to realase my line, it's been two weeks going back and forth with them. I cant even get through to their direct line i have to go through sales then they transfer me to the cancellation horrible service
Discovery has done it again no one wants to assist me with my query, they have been sending me pillar to post with their pathetic service!
I called Discovery to make arrangements they telling me that my account has been handed over, they cannot give me the letter I must call the agency, initially when I spoke to discovery I told them once I find the job I will call them and make arrangements. Today I call them they tell me they handed me over for what?
I have place an order online last week Monday, I order 2 Dvd's and the other one was wrong instead of getting the correct dvd that i ordered (4733364) they sent me a bluray dvd I called in and explained the story and that I wasnt sure about the cover and I removered the plastic to check indeed it was the wrong disc I left it in the office, I got to work this morning phoned takealot they said I must log a query which I did now I get an email from takealot saying they reject My query...Takealot is a poor dirty service because they should have told me that they dont have what I wanted instead they send me what I did not order it means my money went down the drain...I need some to explain to me why is this happening and why aint they taking this disc back, its not my fault that they sent a wrong order, it's either you send someone to collect this bluray thing or reverse my money I trust your service little did i know that i was wasting my time and energy. I have a serious problem on how russells run things, How can you approve a client for an account and then you tell the client that you still need to phone and check employment, I mean I them My Latest Payslip and Bank Statement surely, that states that am a current employee. This Morning I phoned the shop to ask about my delivery 1. I received a bad service where I wanted to talk to the store manager i was put on hold and the phone was hung up on my ear. Then the next thing I got Hold of the Manager and He decides to talk with his emotions telling me that he is following the company procedure its not his company and The company that I work for doesnt do things like them, MY QUERY IS FROM THE BAD Telephone and The Manager whose whose shouting and becomes very emotional which one must I got with I've worked in for years and I have never been rude to any of my client's yes The manager did say on saturday that I might get my delivery on Monday or Tuesday. I was only phoning to get the time.....Russells needs to fix this and complement me for wasting My Time!!!!! Someone Must Just Explain Now.
I have a problem with Telkom and its for the second time, Last time I phoned to change My banking details to another account and advised they should continue debit the money on the current account then on the following month they can debit on the new account number, and that was not done instead a new account was used to debit the money and funds were not available i had to go and do the manual payment. now same thing has happened I told Telkom to debit money on the 20th of Every month but instead they went to my account on the 19th to debit the money living me with unpaid services and charges giving my bank account a minus, so tell me why is your service poor? what must happen to the charges that I've received or must I buy out the contract and move to other network? I need an explanation and those fees must be payed back, Your Service is just worse than drain.
