15 minutes waiting for an order placed at the drive thru
I ordered a chicken and bacon ****in at Burger King Sam Ntuli Mall via drive thru. I had to wait 15 minutes in the car for the order until I decided to go inside only to find the workers chatting along without any sense of urgency for my order

TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE RECEIVED FROM WE BUY CARS GERMISTON
I bought a vehicle at Germiston We Buy Cars. When I was supposed to leave with the car, the car refused to start. I was then told by the mechanics that there is a wire that will need to be changed with time. When leaving the dealership, Mcebo Mlangeni who is the sales person who assisted me told me that should anything be wrong witht car I must not hesitate to call him. On friday afternoon, the car refused to start and i called him to inform him as he said. He then told me that he spoke to his manager and the car will be sorted on Saturday morning. When i woke up on Saturday morning i contacted him and he mentioned that a call has been logged and the vehicle will be picked up later in the day. Today is Monday. I woke up in the morning and called him to find out what was happening since no one is calling me to give me an update. he promised to call me when he gets to work. No call was received from him. I then called customer care twice and still didnt receive an update or a response on when the car will be fetched. The sales person has gone awol and is no where to be found, even by the call centre agent i spoke to. I then asked the call centre agent to speak to the sales manager and she said she will ensure that is done by 16:00. it is now 16:20 and i still havent heard from @webuycars.co.za . I must say i now believe all the bad reports i have heard about we buy cars. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase a car, think carefully before going to We Buy Cars.

BAD SERVICE FROM MIWAY INSURANCE
Been stuck on the R59 freeway 5 minutes to the nearest town. I have been stuck for over 1 hour and 30 min. The roadside assistance is very bad. I definitely DO NOT recommend this insurance company to anyone.! Driving a high risk car being stuck on the road and my safety being compromised like this by MiWay who are supposed to ensure that I am attended to promptly and quickly!
