Foschini *****ed me and refuse to refund all my returned items without explanation. I purchased the clothes on BASH online foschini and all the items were not fitting and some they sent the sizes I did not request. I returned them for refund but they decided not to refund the other items without explanation. No one want to explain why nor to help me. I am highly disappointed, hurt and feel ****** from and ****med order number B21768484-01
On the 26 July 2025 I purchased 2 large pizzas and 2 cold drinks Cokes to be specific at Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg. I have placed the order at about 16h30 and I waited for almost 2 hours . My number 531. After I went to them to collect my order which was showing on the screen that it was ready I was told to wait for another 30 minutes. At that time the order showing the screen was from 565 to 570+ yet I had not received my order. When they finally gave me the order they did not give me my drinks with and they ignored me when I asked for the drinks💔😭😭 My heart is bleeding and very disappointed by being *****ed snd treated so bad by such big restaurant and I honestly feel like reporting this to the Ombudsman or Seta. Debonairs has turned to be evil 😈 and truly nonsense
Nedbank stole the money from my account and force me to pay for the cards that I have never authorized them to take They keep on promising to pay back the money but they've never paid it. I also went to the Bedfordview branch and they insisted that I open another account and they said i must come and collect the card after a week and before I can go collect the card iwas phoned and tol me that they are deliuverig ny card but I was not home and they said they will call again to deliver the card. They never called me again. The next thin when I enquire about the card then i was told that it was destroyed but they will deliver another one. Since then nedbank has been taking been taking the money from my account without my permission. I wish and plead with Nedbank to pay back ny now
I went to Megapaints Hardware in Eastgate to refill the gas. A guy by the name of Rofhuwa was the one assisting the customers. When he got to me I kindly asked him to open the cylinder for me as I struggled to open it. Wow the guy started swearing at me and thrown the unthinkable insults at me so much so that the other customers tried to rebuke him but he continued. I apologized for asking for his help more than 4 times but he just couldn't stop screaming and yelling at me and said he will not assist me even if I call the Manager . When I told him I will report the matter to his Superior he clearly stated that he was not afraid of any of them. I went to the Manager Mr David who said he will resolve the matter but clearly he is afraid of this Rofhuwa guy because he later came back to me with the empty cylinder and told me that Rofhuwa said there is no gas. The customers who came after me were assisted
Good afternoon. On the 30th November 2022 I have made an arrangement to make a payment on the 17th December for my vehicle after coming from a non-payment sick leave. For the past few days after receiving a call from mfc agent then I have been receiving strange messages with a cellphone number with no company details or any information of a company threatening to take the legal steps against me which I ignored as I didn't know who or which company was sending me this message until today when the lady by the name Kathy sending the 3rd threatening message to collect the vehicle within 48 hours again without any company details or information. Yes I was very absurd and we exchanged words as I don't know who is Kathy and felt disrespected by being harassed by a stranger without no details or information after making arrangements with MFC and the threats continued but let's leave that to the law. I am not a prophet I can't just know who is Kathy especially I know I don't owe Kathy anything and no one warned or informed of Kathy. I would like to know if does that mean I don't have to pay through mfc but pay this non disclosed company with the lady named Cathy which I don't know who she is, what company she's coming from? Or does this cancel the arrangement I have made with MFC for the 17th December 2022 payment. Kindly clarify I was not aware that my account will be handled by Kathy. I googled/researched about Kathy and there is no company called Kathy

In June 2022 I have made an arrangement with Nedbank MFC to freeze my account as per their advise as I am still on unpaid sick leave and they requested the documents which I have sent to them and I have called them twice to do the follow up and they confirmed it was done. At the end of the month they broke their promise and agreement and they debited my account which returned unpaid. When I call them and enquire about it they told me that there is nothing they can do and the account has accumulated the interests. They confirmed that they received my documents and they can see the arrangements but they can't do anything about it. This morning I sent them the email to make sure they don't repeat the same thing this month but they just ignored my email and sent me the letter of demand. Not even a friendly reminder but a threatening letter of demand. I will have to report them to the ombudsman because what they are doing is so wrong. I am a regular and good payer.
Darren Cohen I am very disappointed and deeply hurt by the fact that I have never received any service from you except for the lies and empty promises. According to my experience with Legal and Tax Services it's a money making scam and it need to be reported to the ombudsman and be investigated. My life is torn apart and my future is destroyed by something that you could have prevented beforehand. I am deeply hurt by your lies. I was happy with my legal company then you came and convinced me and manipulated with lies and now my life is ruined by something that I have been asking you to attend to in 2021 already and nothing was done except for the early debit orders you've take. I used even my last money to call you and ask for your intervention but you kept on promising lies.
I have the insurance for my 2 vehicles with DOTSURE and my car was bumped on on the 13th June 2022. When I call them regarding the claim they hanged up the phone on me several times. Not only that. I have upgraded the one policy that I have with them and the information was typed wrong and several times I requested them to correct it but they keep on sending me the documents with the wrong information. At the end when I thought they have corrected the information then I requested the copy of the contract and they refused to send it to me. I am highly disappointed and warn people against them because they are not to be trusted and they are unprofessional.
I have been having the labour matter with legal and tax from 2022 and to this day they do not provide me with any of the help or services I requested from them. They promise lies and show nothing but the disrespect to me. It's sad how this legal firm is taking advantage of the vulnerable and abuse people in the name of legal cover and stealing from people. . They must be reported to the ombudsman and be banned. I now have the second legal matter which they are also ignoring. It's sad
