Saw Chain no delivery, no refund.
I've had an extremely bad experience with them. I bought a saw chain in May 2023 and I was told that I have to pay a delivery fee because I was out of Johannesburg and in remote area, of which I did because it was understandable. Even now I have not received an item and when I ask for a refund they keep on going back and forth, and now I am sick and tired and about to handover the matter to my legal advisors.

Insulted, mocked and humiliated at Eastgate by a staff member for refill the gas
I went to Megapaints Hardware in Eastgate to refill the gas. A guy by the name of Rofhuwa was the one assisting the customers. When he got to me I kindly asked him to open the cylinder for me as I struggled to open it. Wow the guy started swearing at me and thrown the unthinkable insults at me so much so that the other customers tried to rebuke him but he continued. I apologized for asking for his help more than 4 times but he just couldn't stop screaming and yelling at me and said he will not assist me even if I call the Manager . When I told him I will report the matter to his Superior he clearly stated that he was not afraid of any of them. I went to the Manager Mr David who said he will resolve the matter but clearly he is afraid of this Rofhuwa guy because he later came back to me with the empty cylinder and told me that Rofhuwa said there is no gas. The customers who came after me were assisted

Megapaint mooikloof
Tis is the second time that I have a problem with Mega Paint in Mooikloof. In 2019 we lost R100 00.00 on bad product that we must bought new product included with our labour. Three weeks ago again a problem with there roof paint M10 . I did complain at one of there workers and the person said to me a lot of customers complain about there product . The person olso asked me to bring the two empty containers in that they can send it to the factory. I am in the forth week and as usual no answer . We bought from 2014 from them and I won't even buy a dropsheet from them . Ther product is good as their service bad . The person also said to me that they consider it to go to Plascon . I think it is bad to tell a customer that .

This morning I went to Megapaints at Wilrogate Shopping Center with a broken kitchen drawer looking for advice on how to repair it. Without hesitation the manager repaired the drawer then and there. For a disabled pensioner this was a breath of fresh air when it comes to service.
