Megapaint mooikloof

Tis is the second time that I have a problem with Mega Paint in Mooikloof. In 2019 we lost R100 00.00 on bad product that we must bought new product included with our labour. Three weeks ago again a problem with there roof paint M10 . I did complain at one of there workers and the person said to me a lot of customers complain about there product . The person olso asked me to bring the two empty containers in that they can send it to the factory. I am in the forth week and as usual no answer . We bought from 2014 from them and I won't even buy a dropsheet from them . Ther product is good as their service bad . The person also said to me that they consider it to go to Plascon . I think it is bad to tell a customer that .
