I placed an order 26 September and when making the payment it states your parcel will be delivered in 3 business days.
On business day number two, I get a call to say there’s a slight delay but the parcel should be delivered two business days later .. it has now been more than 10 business days and when enquiring about this today I am told to cancel with another two business days.. the service is shocking!!
I asked to speak to a manager and the manager is unavailable and couldn’t bother to make an effort to remedy the situation
The person I told as speaking to wants to offer a discount on n the next purchase?? Why on Earth do hold I ever make a purchase again? No effort to try and get the package delivered sooner based on the fact that it’s been more than two weeks at this point
For a company that liquidated the attitude and is quite blasé in order to stick to original terms of conditions
I would t advise anyone to make use of them you can order in January if you’re interested expecting it in time for Christmas.. would be interesting to see if the owner is aware of the staff he employed
