Accelerate auto
Accelerate Auto is a *****ulent company that takes advantage of people, emotionally manipulating those struggling. I wanted a rent-to-buy car, so I found a white lady who had ****med me, and she recommended this place, claiming they were legitimate based on how they presented themselves. I sent all the necessary documents, and they asked me to send a deposit of 20,000, but I told them I only had 5,000. They said that was okay and gave me two options if I provided collateral. I chose one option, and they told me to send the deposit because the car would leave Pietermaritzburg immediately. I told them I’d pay the rest when they arrived, but they then said, since I had only paid 5,000, I should send more money to cover the petrol costs and hire someone to install the tracker app. They seemed legit, so I sent the money, but until today, the car hasn't arrived. Today, they blocked me on WhatsApp. They took the money meant for my children’s school fees." Can I be assisted with my money

These people are a bunch of ****mers.I got ****med on a rent to own vehicle ..I'm was told delivery will happen and a deposit was taken .the vehicle was never delivered and I wasted my son's school money and our food money .it's so sad how can you do something like this too people

Mistrust of the Honesty of Accelerate Automotive
I recently visited Accelerated Automotive in Douglasville to have their mechanic to complete a diagnosis of my AC unit because my blower had unexpectantly quit putting out air, soon after I had bought a new blower motor and compressor. After their assessment, I was told that they were able to get the AC back on, but the blower motor resistor and the connecting wires needed replacing. I questioned the manager as to how long will the AC work before replacing the resistor, he surprisingly responded that the AC wasn’t working at all now after they put the parts back on the car. Still, I ordered the parts. This response caused me to question their diagnosis so I get a 2nd diagnosis. To my surprise, I was told that the old blower resistor was taken off, leaving only the space where it was to be. Being a minority female, I trusted Accelerate Automotive to conduct a fair and true diagnosis and to replace the old part back on my car. This business is dishonest, and should not to be trusted.!

Poor Car service....
Accelerate Auto Car dealer Chris Whitehorn sold a car a month ago....cash was paid into the account and the owner is still waiting for the car papers....Chris said Accelerate auto is under liquidation and now he dont answer his cell phone....was this a scam....
