Accelerate Auto is a *****ulent company that takes advantage of people, emotionally manipulating those struggling. I wanted a rent-to-buy car, so I found a white lady who had ****med me, and she recommended this place, claiming they were legitimate based on how they presented themselves. I sent all the necessary documents, and they asked me to send a deposit of 20,000, but I told them I only had 5,000. They said that was okay and gave me two options if I provided collateral. I chose one option, and they told me to send the deposit because the car would leave Pietermaritzburg immediately. I told them I’d pay the rest when they arrived, but they then said, since I had only paid 5,000, I should send more money to cover the petrol costs and hire someone to install the tracker app. They seemed legit, so I sent the money, but until today, the car hasn't arrived.
