Secondhand replacement NOT working anymore!
Issue re-opened about a month ago.
I returned the replacement machine received as it was not working after just TWO months of using the SECONDHAND apparently temporary replacement machine.
It is time to get your act in order or you would get another 1/5 star rating! This time it will be permanent!

This company that manufactured these machines has disappeared off the face of the earth and the other Access Medical does not want anything to do with this manufacturer that is giving everyone problems!
