Whoever updates the credit bureau at your place needs another job! Due to him/her I'm unable to apply for any loans 'cos the last update was 30/04/2024!!!!!
After FOUR MONTHS I am STILL battling to close off one account, as well as TWO other accounts that has been mismanaged since. Despite SEVERAL emails (more than 10) and even more calls, I am still stuck with them AND my account was handed over to VVM. This is just the tip of the iceberg of all the problems I had with them. Actual rating: -100 out of 10.
This IS service at its very best! After a bad experience with Access Medical Appliances (that does NOT exist on the internet, just a like-named denial service!) and TWO machines that packed up (one within warranty and the secondhand replacement within two months!), I spoke to Faziela (and Iyanda) at the Durban Customer Care and within a week my problem that existed since last year at the start of lockdown (!) disappeared within a week! A brand brand new (!) replacement BP machine has been dispatched on 25 March 2021 to my local pharmacy. Ten thousand kidos to Faziela who made sure I am a super happy customer. And since you're Muslim, Faziela, may the Creator give you a SUPER BIG bonus reward on Judgment Day for your super super superb service towards me.
Issue re-opened about a month ago. I returned the replacement machine received as it was not working after just TWO months of using the SECONDHAND apparently temporary replacement machine. It is time to get your act in order or you would get another 1/5 star rating! This time it will be permanent!

You have a 5/5 GENERAL service. The only problem is that you need to review your SUPPORT service. To be sent from one department to another when you have a problem is NOT good for your image. Previous problem solved after WE got hold of the right people to correct it, not you, even if it was your duty!

You are there to ensure that nobody is getting bad service, but somehow trying to change details is the worst service of all! Our one account has changed from R1442 to R772 per month, but after THREE months you still show the OLD amount even after we instructed the company SEVERAL TIMES to tell you to correct it! Between their credit department and your capturing staff someone is at fault. I gave you BOTH a bad rating as I don't know which one to blame for this blunder!
Your general service is very good (9 out of 10 stars, 4.5 out of 5 stars), BUT your SUPPORT, especially the CREDIT DELISTING Department is pathetic! And the way you get shunt around from one service department to another just add a cherry on that rotten support cake!
If I could give you a 0 out of 5 stars, I would! I bought one of your BP machines at a pharmacy and it packed up IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I returned it to the pharmacy who returned it to you, BUT YOU NOT ISSUED A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND in T-H-R-E-E whole months!!!!!! Excuse: we do not have stock due to COVID-19!!!!! Hello! We are no longer Level 5 Lockdown, The industries are back working - even at 10% a few months ago, warranty replacements should be priority!!!!!!
