Bad service received from Access Pools Fibreglass Facory (PTY) Ltd

WORST service ever from ACCESS POOLS FIBREGLASS FACTORY (PTY) LTD, a swimming pool that should have taken not more than 20 days to be manufactured and installed is going for 60 days now. Waiting for them to come and fix pool that was not properly installed about 3 weeks back and also the pool pump we are not getting from the company. Every day they promise tomorrow they will be there it fix and install an everyday nobody shows. Have been to the owner (Juan Diederiks) a few times now and then he just promise for tomorrow or Monday again. And again nobody will show. Almost all off the quoted money has been paid to the company. But we are not getting service. BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES.
