We paid for our pool shell in December which tells me that you did know exactly what you were doing. So you blocked my phone number. You will get what is coming to you. How can you took money from people knowing that you are actually busy stealing. Which kind of person are you? You going to jail and your poor wife and children must face the consequences! Shame on you!!!!!!

Juan Diederiks Access Pools scamster
Biggest swimming pool scamster, taking big deposits and not delivering any service. Quick and efficient when quoting and sending invoice for 70% deposit, but then Juan Diederiks from Access Pools, dissappeares from the surface of the earth. 27 August 2019 we asked for a quotation for a pool. The quotation was received quickly including a winter discount. We booked and paid a 70% deposit on 26 September 2019. Since payment of the deposit, we had to constantly phone, Juan to get a delivery date. Whenever he answered he said that he will phone right back, need to check the diary, he wil phone back in 2 minutes.... He never phones back, when you said you will hold, he gives a specific date, but 2 days before the date when you phone to follow up the truck was not available, or other excuses. He also will block your calls or not answer. I opened a case for misleading and theft against him at the SAPS and he even lied to the police when the constable phoned him to get a delivery date. When I blocked his account at the bank's fraud department he could phone us constantly with empty promises. Somehow he slipped us and opened his account again transferring the money to a different account. Please do not get caught out by him. They work under different company names. When you buy a swimming pool a smaller deposit normally is required, and then you pay it off as the installation progresses. We even went to his factory a couple of times and there were pools. Do your homework properly before investing in a pool or construction work done. This is a battle taking up all our time to try and resolve his fraudulent transactions. Ons het Juan einde Oktober (na n kwotasie) die volle bedrag betaal vir dop en installasie van n werkende splash pool. Belofte was n week en n half dan is alles geinstalleer en werkend. Ons het weke gebel en gesmeek en gevra, naderhand gedreig. Net om die dop afgelewer te kry begin November... voor ons garage deure in n gemeenskaplike area waar kinders in die strate ry en speel. Kids het al begin wieg op die swembad wat op motorbande gerus was. Dit het n gevaar ingehou vir die kinders dat die dop op hulle kan val!! Ons moes baklei dat hulle die swembad kom skuif om onnodige noodlottigge beserings te vermy. Na ons gedreig het met prokureurs was die swembad onmiddelik geskuif en werk was begin... toe is daar weer honderde verskonings. Moes weer baklei van voor af. Ons trek nou by 11 Des 2019. Swembad is in, pomp is in, werk is nog alles behalwe klaar, Na VELE oproepe en baklei!! Die coping se grout het sommer eerste aand uitgewas. Needles to say is alles n gemors. Ons het juis Oktober als betaal dat ons Kids nou al kan swem en als geniet! Wat n teleurstelling! Ek beveel hom vir niemand aan nie! Brou werk en lee beloftes. Kos net onnodige ekstra kostes en hartseer kinders. Ek het fotos beskikbaar!! Dis onaanvaarbaar!! Ons moet die brouwerk regmaak en betaal dat dit klaarkom. Enige iemand wat meer wil weet... Bad service received from Access Pools Fibreglass Facory (PTY) Ltd
WORST service ever from ACCESS POOLS FIBREGLASS FACTORY (PTY) LTD, a swimming pool that should have taken not more than 20 days to be manufactured and installed is going for 60 days now. Waiting for them to come and fix pool that was not properly installed about 3 weeks back and also the pool pump we are not getting from the company. Every day they promise tomorrow they will be there it fix and install an everyday nobody shows. Have been to the owner (Juan Diederiks) a few times now and then he just promise for tomorrow or Monday again. And again nobody will show. Almost all off the quoted money has been paid to the company. But we are not getting service. BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES.

WORST service ever from ACCESS POOLS FIBREGLASS FACTORY (PTY) LTD, a swimming pool that should have taken not more than 20 days to be manufactured and installed is going for 60 days now.
