This company is not TRUSTWORTHY at all, in fact 1 Life is a *****elent company!! We had a agreement that 1 Life will debited my account , after 3 months due to financial difficulties (husband lost his job, only breadwinner) and I wanted to cancel my policy. 2 Weeks later they debited my account!!! So I wrote a cancellation (15/11)letter to clientservices and guess what THEY WITHDRAWN THE MONEY AGAIN FROM MY ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST OF DECEMBER!!!!!
Takealot is not even one star worth. They had become a thievery business. Order nr 86977942 I had order on the 29/4/21 2 items from there. The one item price was R250 and the other items worth R3800. They send an sns that the parcels would have been delivered on the 24/5/21. No delivery. Next sms came on the 8/6/21. Only the less worth item arrived. So I contacted them in regards to the Karcher W5 vacuum cleaner which I had not received. Meanwhile they locked the item less worth to be replaced and ai received that item on the 8/6/21. I emailed them, explaining that it was the wrong item and they must send an adress so that I can return it. After the third email I got a phone number and made the call.(17/6/21) She locked it that the product must be returned and that the vacuum cleaner is still not delivered. Morning of the 18/6/21 I received an emai from Takealot, informing me that the vacuum cleaner was lost in transit and they refund me with R856. Takealot refund me with R856 while I paid R3800 for that item. What a laughing joke ! Covid must had hit you bad if you started to steal from honest people !!!!
We paid for our pool shell in December which tells me that you did know exactly what you were doing. So you blocked my phone number. You will get what is coming to you. How can you took money from people knowing that you are actually busy stealing. Which kind of person are you? You going to jail and your poor wife and children must face the consequences! Shame on you!!!!!!
<p>What a bad experience with Ampath....not with the sister who draw the blood, but with the account department.</p> <p>A person phoned me on a Friday in regards my account. I told him that I had not received a account via postoffice but asked him to send me the banking details so that I can pay the account with ETF. So he did sms the banking details on the following Monday and I did paid it the Tuesday when I got at home and told him that I did.</p> <p>From the 15th Vericredit is staking me non stop . </p> <p>It is not my fault that the people working in Ampaths credit deparyment is incompetend doing their job.</p> <p>Please make sure in the future before you hand any one over to vericredit.</p>
