Juan Diederiks Access Pools

Biggest swimming pool scamster, taking big deposits and not delivering any service. Quick and efficient when quoting and sending invoice for 70% deposit, but then Juan Diederiks from Access Pools, dissappeares from the surface of the earth. 27 August 2019 we asked for a quotation for a pool. The quotation was received quickly including a winter discount. We booked and paid a 70% deposit on 26 September 2019. Since payment of the deposit, we had to constantly phone, Juan to get a delivery date. Whenever he answered he said that he will phone right back, need to check the diary, he wil phone back in 2 minutes.... He never phones back, when you said you will hold, he gives a specific date, but 2 days before the date when you phone to follow up the truck was not available, or other excuses. He also will block your calls or not answer. I opened a case for misleading and theft against him at the SAPS and he even lied to the police when the constable phoned him to get a delivery date. When I blocked his account at the bank's fraud department he could phone us constantly with empty promises. Somehow he slipped us and opened his account again transferring the money to a different account. Please do not get caught out by him. They work under different company names. When you buy a swimming pool a smaller deposit normally is required, and then you pay it off as the installation progresses. We even went to his factory a couple of times and there were pools. Do your homework properly before investing in a pool or construction work done. This is a battle taking up all our time to try and resolve his fraudulent transactions.
