Don’t buy as return/exchange policy is not upheld my employees
I bought a children’s costume today at Constantia Village and the friendly assistant told me if it didn’t fit or my daughter didn’t like it I could exchange or get a credit note. I popped into Cavensish tonight to get a credit note and return it and the very unhelpful person on duty looked exasperated and told me she is “just a casual” and she will phone her manager. She did this with such a bad attitude and not once told the manager that it was a child’s costume. Sorry computer says NO was her answer.. R399 and now what???? Manager on phone didn’t even ask to speak to me. I am fully aware of adult swimwear but I was assured by Constantia Village store it wouldn’t be a problem or I wouldn’t have bought it. Have always supported Accessorize and kids swimwear is good quality and have never had an issue with an exchange before... pathetic experience..

Under NO circumstance will you get a refund.
Purchased a wallet. Poor selection(only 2). Went next door and found a better quality at the same price. Within 15 minutes returned to store to ask for refund of purchase. Under NO circumstance will Accesorize refund your money once you have swiped your card. No matter what the issue is. Please think twice before you pay. This in RSA in the year 2015!! Really?
