Discount appliances sell electronic goods amongst other things via a website. Looks legitimate with tax number, physical address and customer care number. After one month of full payment I am still waiting for my goods, the customer care number is non existent and they are not responding to e-mails. Avoid them, I suspect it is a scam and have reported them to the aut****ties.
Dawn Wing Courier company is the most incompetent and useless company I have had the displeasure of dealing with in the past few months. And as we all have, Ive had many packages delivered past few months. The first of all mistyped the delivery address and have the audacity to send me a message blaming me for and asking me to rectify their mistake. I call their central line to fix this and get a terribly unprofessional employee unwilling to be of assistance and cutting the call when I confront her about her attitude. Their website has loads of ways to thank their incompetence, there is NO WAY of complaining though. Imagine that ... I suspect they do not want complaints, probably too many. Package registration is DH67PCGP and ref 11000223731. This will probably never be delivered now!
This is meant to be a high end retail clothing store for an international company. However the service is of a quality well below what Woolworths provides. I bought an expensive jacket from the store, was promised by the sales person that I would be called when the minor alteration was done and the garment ready for collection. Three weeks later I had to go back to the store at great expense to enquire. The alteration had been done. Only to be told by the sales person that they had run out of suit bags and can they fold the jacket and package in a paper bag!! Incredulous. What terrible service.
2 Month old Nespresso coffee machine under warranty was reported to the Nespresso \hotline\" as being faulty. They promised to have it collected for repairs within 24 hours. It is now more than 2 weeks (complaint made on Monday the 14th March) since the telephonic conversation. The machine is still with me and still broken. Courier company employed by Nespresso phone and promise to pick up every day
Purchased a wallet. Poor selection(only 2). Went next door and found a better quality at the same price. Within 15 minutes returned to store to ask for refund of purchase. Under NO circumstance will Accesorize refund your money once you have swiped your card. No matter what the issue is. Please think twice before you pay. This in RSA in the year 2015!! Really?
